Lord Richard Westbury MBE
Lord Westbury had a distinguished military career as an officer in the Scots Guards and in the British Special Air Service Regiment (SAS). A pioneer of the security industry, Lord Westbury was formerly the Deputy Chief Executive of The Leadership Trust and the Chief Executive Officer of Defense Systems Limited (DSL), one of the earliest and most successful international security companies. Lord Westbury heads Hart Security Holdings Ltd, of which Erinys is now a part.

Jonathan Garratt
Jonathan joined the international private security industry in 1992 from the UK armed forces and for the next 9 years worked for DSL (latterly ArmorGroup), predominantly in Africa, before founding Erinys in 2002. A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (1983) and Henley Management College (2001) he serves the Erinys Board of Directors as the Erinys Group Chief Executive.

Alastair Morrison OBE MC
Alastair is one of the security industry’s most recognised and respected senior executives. Having enjoyed a distinguished career in the UK's Special Forces, he became one of the industry’s earliest and defining personalities. Alastair has led some of the best known security companies and was instrumental in Erinys’ development. He joined the Erinys Board of Directors in December 2008.

Chief Financial Officer
Mike Madden
After qualifying as a chartered certified accountant in 1979, Mike embarked upon an international career that provided him with a diverse range of experience within different industry sectors and varied geographical and cultural environments. Having lived and worked on 3 continents, with over 20 years’ experience within the risk management, security industry - at very senior financial management levels - he brings a wealth of relevant experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer to the Hart Group. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Erinys Holdings.

Central Africa Regional Director
Cyril Marie
Cyril is a graduate of the Saint Cyr Military Academy. He served ten years as an officer in the Foreign Legion and in France’s Special Forces. Fluent in French, English and Portuguese, Cyril left the French military and joined the security industry in 1997. He has since worked right across the African continent as a highly successful security executive delivering the full spectrum of protective and security services to a wide range of public sector and commercial clients. Cyril joined Erinys in October 2008 and is permanently based in Kinshasa, where he is responsible for the management and development of Erinys’ Central African operations.

Peter Roberts LLB (Hons) FCCA
Peter is a graduate in law (Bristol University: 1973), a qualified accountant and fluent in French. For 25 years Peter was with the Anglo/Dutch group Unilever before retiring in 1996. He subsequently joined British American Tobacco (BAT) as Finance Director and Deputy Managing Director of BAT Zaïre before joining ArmorGroup in 1999 as the Regional Financial Controller of ArmorGroup Africa. With the withdrawal of ArmorGroup financial management to London, Peter returned to the DRC as Finance Director of the cellular phone company Celtel Congo s.p.r.l. He joined Erinys in January 2003 and now serves the Erinys Executive Board in an advisory capacity.
